What Baton Do We Pass On?

In the beginning of this nation, due to British rule, the idea of the United States was a whisper and a dream.  The Puritans desire for religious and economic freedom is proclaimed in our Declaration with the terms, “… that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights…” and regarding economics, “For imposing taxes on us without our consent.”

The origin of a matter is always germane.  We have a heritage that indicates who we are. All presidents swear to uphold the Constitution because our heritage is the Rule of Law.

The chaos and dysfunction that we now see at our open borders is not a part of our heritage. The winking of the eye at illegal activities is not who we set out to be in the beginning.

Our Declaration also says, “… that among these are Life…” referring to unalienable rights. Snuffing out a life in the womb means that life isn’t even given a chance at the, “… pursuit of happiness.”

Likewise, the principle that, “…all men are created equal…” can never be a license to promote immorality as the current simple-minded mantra regarding equality suggests. Equality in the Declaration is a profound reminder that kings (all rulers) are not divine and that there is a Creator who bestows that very equality.

Many say that we are “evolving” away from the founding principles of this nation. In some ways that might be true in that we have corrected some wrongs such a slavery and voting rights. But the illegality of an open border, the killing of our offspring in the womb, the onslaught of moral decay, and the trashing of the principles in our Constitution scream a protest that some of this evolving is in fact egregious error.

Parallel with life itself, our republic is at once amazingly resilient and amazing fragile. There are many strong delusions that plague America today. If we wish to enjoy continued, “…firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence…” as the Declaration says then we can no longer afford to elect evil men to represent our republic. This Independence Day we would do well to remember exactly what the Founders bestowed on us and our responsibility in passing the baton on to those who come after us.

Visalia Leaders Promote Disease

In order to appease militant homosexuals the Visalia City Council proclaimed June as LGBT Pride month. The “G” in LGBT are men who sleep with other men which has been the genesis of 30 million people dead from AIDS. There are another 34 million people suffering from HIV/AIDS. The “B” in LGBT are primarily men who sleep with other men and then sleep with a woman thereby exposing her to all sorts of nasty diseases.

According to National Geographic’s, “Drugs-Inc” TV show, methamphetamine use by homosexual men in San Francisco is sky high.

God simply does not bless sexual relationships outside of one-man-one woman marriage. Unwanted pregnancies, abortions, single motherhood poverty, and STD infections through the roof should cause at least some pause. But much of America seems blinded to the obvious cause and effect so the homosexual malignant agenda keeps infecting most areas of our culture.

The mystery of the ages is that Jesus Christ can deliver anyone from any vice. But for me to even suggest this truth invites the labels of hatemonger and bigot.

God does not give me a free pass on any wayward sexual inclinations that might cross my mind. He simply says obedience brings blessing, there are consequences for sin and He gives me strength to do what is right if I seek it from Him..

But the homosexuals align with Aldous Huxley who said something to the effect of, “I don’t want to know if there is a God because I don’t want to give up my immorality.”

So the next time you see the mayor, who embraces the LGBT lifestyle, or a city council member please thank them for promoting drug use, disease, immorality and even death to those in the community of Visalia.

There is an old and sacred saying that says the unjust have no shame. It is a simple but profound thing that America has lost its ability to blush.

Modern Liberalism is a Strong Delusion

Germane to liberalism is abortion on demand which has snuffed out over 55 million American lives in the womb since 1973. The female sexual assault victims of Bill Clinton’s past are very well documented except in main stream media. Bill Clinton is still a liberal icon. Obama lied about Benghazi because it was a huge political liability. Obama lied about Obamacare to facilitate its passage. Obama has used to IRS to attack political opponents – a huge abuse of power. By opening the borders, Obama invites sex traffickers, drug runners and terrorists to practice their evil. With liberals at the helm, there are now more Americans receiving government benefits than there are people working full time. Liberalism is enamored with homosexuality which the practice of is the genesis of over 36 million people dead from AIDS.

None of the above is good for anyone. Any perceived victories that modern liberalism might bring to the table are Pyrrhic.

Why is it that the American people keep electing liberals into office?

Because once a person or a nation takes God out of the equation, any and every equation, then they open themselves up to deceptions, half-truths, lies and delusions. If liberalism is anything it is a jettison of God (remember the Democrat Party Convention) with the resulting replacement of man at the center of all things. Modern liberalism is a very strong delusion.

I am under no illusions that Republican or RINO politicians can perform much better. Nonetheless we can no longer afford the carnage that liberalism brings to its victims.

So, we must be very circumspect about what we do on Election Day because despite popular (liberal) opinion, God holds all men to account for their actions.
